Deigh is a black metal band from Spain who released their first demo near the end of 2012. I'm afraid that's all I know.
Deigh's black metal leans more towards the ambient side. The vocals sound like the voice of the mist, the clean guitars have this otherworldly warble to them, and the electric guitars mainly play steady mid-paced riffs. Since this is a one-man band, the drums are programmed. They mainly only play simple beats with lots of cymbal work, but it doesn't sound annoying at all. On top of all that are these lead guitars that play these high, heartfelt chords.
There is one major problem with this demo: the bass is too loud. In most black metal, the bass is too soft, but here, it's so loud it threatens to consume the rest of the music. On top of all that, it gives me a headache. If the bass wasn't so high in the mix, this would have been a great album. However, I still look forward to what Deigh will make next.
