Wylve. I have no idea who they are or where they come from, but I do know they produce great black metal.
The drums are relentless in their assault, unleashing a torrent of cold blast beats that are accented by the mad clatter of cymbals. They also display a great proficiency for rumbling double bass. The riffs are cold and dark like all black metal, but they also have a touch of melody that gives them a bit of catchiness. The vocals are a cloudy rasp that further reinforces the chilly atmosphere of this EP. My only problem with this EP is that it's too short.
There maybe only two songs on here, but they are powerful and display great musicianship. Be sure to keep an eye on them, because they show a lot of promise.
